Twenty two years ago Tim and I were almost newlyweds glued to every Celtics game. Now even thought we saw John Havilchek (sp?) with white hair, Bill Walton's SON playing for the Lakers, and Danny Ainge with wrinkles, last night was a lot of fun!
I was at the gym this morning and (remember, I live in Los Angeles) there was a guy working out wearing a Celtics jersey. He had headphones on so I couldn't talk to him. But I gave him a big smile. He smiled back and suddenly I didn't feel so far away from home.
